Shangri-La glass falls from builing...

Luxury home sales in Toronto

...are increasing at a very fast rate. [Read about it]. However, the article really only touches on the real reason why luxury sales are up; their stats are for houses one million dollars and up. I have a feeling that most of the evidence suggesting that sales are rising fall very close to one million versus homes that are five million +. But anyhow, it's a good sign of confidence for Toronto as a city that can attract people that are willing to invest in premium real estate.
